Oddo AI is an AI-powered analysis tool for football matches. We provide statistical predictions and match predictions for informational purposes only. Oddo AI is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets, and does not handle any wagers on your behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Oddo AI. By signing up you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that using this type of service is legal in your country of residence.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it when it changes. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent free-tier limits.

Oddo AI only provides predictions based on AI and statistical models. We do not guarantee that you will win money, and we do not guarantee that you will lose money. Every prediction is an estimate of probability, never a certainty.

All predictions, confidence percentages, odds and match analyses are for informational purposes only. Past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on information from Oddo AI, and for any bets you place with a third-party bookmaker.

Betting involves financial risk. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. If you feel you are losing control, seek help (in the Netherlands via Loket Kansspel).

Oddo AI offers a free plan with daily usage limits and a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Pricing, features and limits are shown on the Premium page and may change; changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance.

Premium is billed monthly or yearly via our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory consumer rights (including the EU right of withdrawal, where applicable) apply.

You agree not to:

• Use Oddo AI for any illegal purpose or in violation of local law.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute predictions or data from the service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Share your account or bypass free-tier limits.

The Oddo AI name, logo, interface, and generated content (excluding third-party data such as fixtures and odds) are owned by Oddo AI. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. Team names, league logos and match data belong to their respective owners.

Oddo AI uses third-party providers for fixtures, odds, payments, hosting and AI. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or actions of those providers. Their terms apply to their portion of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddo AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses resulting from bets you place based on information from the service. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid Oddo AI in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using Oddo AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, liability, and governing law) remain in effect.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
